Photographer Rolando Guardiola lives and works in his native Puerto Rico where he is endlessly inspired by the island’s undeniable beauty. He explores all form, human and nature, discovering gems hidden away in the everyday. His playful use of light creates work alive with movement. He employs various camera formats and film stock allowing a freedom to craft the perfect composition. The essence of each print is to reveal the subject’s innate spirit and beauty. The heart of his photography is to promote peace.
